AGM Notice for 21st October at 8pm Online

The Annual General Meeting will be held online on 21 October at 8 pm. Members are invited to attend, take part in the formal business of the meeting, and hear the key updates for the year ahead.
An AGM is more than a date in the calendar. It is the point in the year when members can review progress, ask questions, elect the 2026-27 committee Holding the meeting online makes it easier for members across different locations to attend without travel, while still allowing the meeting to follow a clear and proper process.
Please set aside the time, check your access details early, and plan to join a few minutes before the meeting begins.

Why the AGM matters
An Annual General Meeting gives members a clear view of how the organisation has operated over the past year. It is the formal place for reports, decisions, questions, and forward planning.
What to expect on the night
The President will guide the meeting from one item to the next. This keeps the AGM orderly and helps make sure formal decisions are recorded correctly. For the elections, the President will explain how that will happen online.
