Welcome new committee

We would like to welcome Deanne into the role of Vice President and thank Krysten for her time in the role. We are delighted to continue seeing her around as she stays on the committee.

Welcome to Sam, stepping into the Secretary role and thank Noor for her time in the role and on committee.

We are looking for a member of the community to step into the Treasurer role. If you know of someone please let us know.

Changes to membership structure

As our service grows in the current environment the committee decided at the 2025 AGM there would be a change in membership prices starting 1st April 2026. All current members volunteering commitment will change at their renewal date.

Ongoing open hours after trial

Thanks to being a part of the DAIS pilot with Toy Libraries Australia we were able to trial Thursday evening open times. This has been a valuable addition to our open times. The committee has decided to continue.

Thursday 7-9pm.

During April & May as the final construction takes place there will be a few more disruptions. Check these maps for how you can access us. Don't forget Click & Collect is available to borrow when we are closed.

New toys

We have $$$$ of new toys hitting the shelves thanks to Bendigo Bank Parkdale & DAIS TLA. Some of these will be available as VOLUNTEER ONLY SPECIALS. Which can be borrowed when members sign up for volunteering in the library.
