Holiday closures

We will be closed on these upcoming public holidays:

Labour Day 10th March

Good Friday 18th April

Easter Saturday 19th April

Easter Monday 21st April

ANZAC Day 25th April

Great news! If you need to borrow or return, just use Out-of-hours Click and Collect. And don't forget, you can't leave toys outside the library when we're closed.

Member survey

We are asking all our members as they come in to take a moment and share their thoughts. We periodically review certain aspects of the Kingston Toy Library service and this time we are looking into members volunteering. Please take a moment to answer these 3 questions when you come in.

Parking

As a part of Level Rail Crossing Removal (LXPR) of Mordialloc station, McDonald and Bear street crossings, there are a number changes to road access in the surrounding area. This does on occasion mean parking can be a challenge. We will keep you updated on any changes via our socials.

Parking tips

On Mondays you may find it easier to find parking after 3.30pm.

On Fridays you may find it easier to find parking after 11am.

Saturdays should be fine any time, though after 11.30am is quieter.

Or use our out-of-hours click and collect lockers and drive by to swap over any time.

Free to good home

We have a train table in great condition, with just a worn out top. Approx. 1m x 1.5m x 50cm H. If you think there is space to have this at your home or want to inspect before deciding please ask Catherine.

Volunteering bonus

We're thrilled to announce that our new toys have been eagerly awaited! As a special thank you, members who volunteer at the toy library will get first dibs on these exciting new items. After a couple of months, they'll be available to all members. Signage in the library shows all toys reserved as a volunteering bonus!

Donations

We're thrilled to accept your donations during our open hours!

In fact, of the last 100 new toys, 89 were donated! This is simply fantastic.
